Delete your account
In the app (instant)
- Open Dragon Fit Club on your phone, or the web app at thedragonfitclub.com/app.
- Go to You, then the settings icon, then Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm. You may be asked to sign in again first.
Without the app
Email support@thedragonfitclub.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in account
- Your profile, onboarding answers, weight entries and workout history
- Your XP, streaks, gems, quests and achievements
- Your handle, invite code, friends, league places and the challenges you created
- The members you blocked, reports you filed and reports about you
- Your devices' notification tokens
What may remain
- Past weekly league results may keep an anonymous ID with no name, handle or other details.
- Google keeps usage data for up to 14 months and crash reports for up to 90 days, with no name or email attached.
Deleting can't be undone. Your streak and dragon can't be restored.
