Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the Dragon Fit Club app, web app and website. "We" means The Dragon Fit Club. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Who can join
You must be 18 or older. One account per person. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
Train safely
Dragon Fit Club gives general fitness guidance. It isn't medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Adapt every workout to your own body.
- Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before you start if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant, or have been told to limit physical activity.
- Stop and get medical help if you have chest pain, fainting or dizziness, severe shortness of breath, or unusual or severe pain.
You train at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for injury or loss from doing the workouts.
Play fair
- Log only workouts you actually did. Don't use scripts, bots, modified apps or direct requests to our servers to earn XP, gems or league places.
- Choose a handle that isn't offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonating someone, or advertising.
- Don't harass other members, or misuse invites and challenges.
- Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
If another member bothers you, tap them in a league, your friends list or a challenge to report, block or unfriend them. The club's admins review reports. We may reset progress, change a handle, or suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
XP, gems and rewards
XP, levels, streaks, gems, shields, cosmetics and league places are part of the game. They have no cash value, can't be sold or transferred, and may change as we balance the game.
Our content
The app, its workouts, plans, quotes, artwork, logo and brand belong to The Dragon Fit Club. You may use them for your own training and share the cards the app makes. Don't copy or resell them.
Your content
Your handle and the cards you share are yours. You let us show them in the app to other members, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and availability
We're improving the app all the time, so features may change or stop. We'll try to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. If we change these terms significantly, we'll tell you in the app. Using the app after that means you accept the new terms.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time (how). We may close accounts that break these terms.
Limits of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything beyond what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
